I'm changing TV service to @ATT @GetSpectrum is charging me $198: Cable: $89 Internet: $64.99LAN Line: $14.99other taxes: $12.99 and I get no DVR service AT&T is offering $89 for their streaming service which includes all the channels I have now and 20 hours of DVR

I swear you all have the worst dang wifi known too man… within 1 hour the wifi has cut off twice and just stops working for 15 minutes and this happens daily and I am so over it🙄 @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum

@Ask_Spectrum is the biggest scam. I had my LAN line taken off my bill on July 2nd and they still want me to pay for the LAN line service for July even tho the service is disabled.

People usually complain about cable,but I’m posting to thank @GetSpectrum for its customer service. At 10:15 am I called, as I was having problems with the modem. They arranged a service call, someone came at 11am, by 11:20 am, he replaced/ set up a new modem. Total: 65 minutes

@WOWCare You are absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. My 72 home bound mother did not have a phone for over 5 days. And you are charging her over $255 a month for internet, phone and tv doesn’t work. We are canceling and going to @GetSpectrum. Customer service 👎🏻
