I'm finally done. After 2 weeks and no deal from fios. It time to move on. For this Christmas. I will be switching from fios to spectrum. Thanks for the service @verizonfios. I have a great exelusive offer from spectrum that fios won't give. @GetSpectrum

@Ask_Spectrum my box died for the 2nd time in two months. Powered up the new one and was directed to a particular number to restore or activate service. Now on hold for 20 minutes. I pay a lot of money for increasingly unreliable technology and poor customer service. #CutTheCord

I'm changing TV service to @ATT @GetSpectrum is charging me $198: Cable: $89 Internet: $64.99LAN Line: $14.99other taxes: $12.99 and I get no DVR service AT&T is offering $89 for their streaming service which includes all the channels I have now and 20 hours of DVR

@Ask_Spectrum is the biggest scam. I had my LAN line taken off my bill on July 2nd and they still want me to pay for the LAN line service for July even tho the service is disabled.
