Can you cancel an order from Boots?
6.3 To cancel an Order, you must inform us either in writing (which may be by email), sent to us in accordance with paragraph 12 below. You must return the product(s) to us as soon as possible, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
For Boots, you can return any unwanted goods free of charge within 35 days for a full refund or replacement. There are two ways to return good back to Boots; Return for Free by taking the goods to a store location. Return via Post or Courier.
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been submitted.
We complete most orders within 7 days. Once we've had approval from the GP, the order will be ready to collect in store within 1-2 days, or delivered in 3-4 days. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect!

Start the return process ASAP

You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange or store credit, you must bring your item into the store and one of our managers will examine the item. After inspection of the item, we can accept or decline the exchange.
To claim your refund please return your product to any Boots store with your original till receipt or online invoice (no photocopies will be accepted). Boots Advantage Card points collected will be deducted from your Advantage Card account. This does not affect your statutory rights.
