When an employee neither comes to work nor applies for leave, his attendance for the day goes in LOP that is Loss of Pay and he/she is not paid for the day. Sometimes it happens that an employee has come to work but attendance is not marked due to a manual or technical issue, the attendance mechanism records a LOP (Loss of Pay), and salary for the day is deducted. This LOP needs to be reversed or reimbursed by the employer and thus the employee received a reverse salary. This is called LOP Reversal. The LOP Reversal report is prepared and can be generated in the system.
