I originally went in for a pedicure but when I got I decided to get my nails done as well. Linda the nail tech did my fill and it came out awesome however Mari did the pedi and I believe she was new at the because she didn’t communicate much with me and she left all the dead skin on the heel of my foot so once I noticed I mentioned it to the lady who appeared to be the person in charge but mean the all began to chatter about it and she stated I needed to ask for callous removal I then stated I wasn’t asking for anything free but I wasn’t going to pay for a pedicure when I still have caked up dry skin on my heel. The boss (possibly) stated that she would do it for a charge. No problem but lesson learned I won’t go back because she seen it and didn’t bother to rectify the matter or ask if I want it removed.

Positive:Cleanliness,Professionalism,QualityI moved to this area and needed a new nail shop. I called and was told they had 2 spots available for my daughter and myself for pedis. We came right away. They sat us down within 5 mins of entering. Bora is who did both of our pedicures. She was very attentive and gentle. She was very friendly. She asked questions throughout the whole process to make sure we were both comfortable. I’ll definitely be back and booking with her for all pedicures. Critical:ProfessionalismI walked in at 11 am and they asked how can they help me….. I said I needed a fill and all the women just talked laughed and then said we don’t have time for that today. At 11 am in the morning you don’t have time? Glad I didn’t spend my money in this establishment. Clearly they don’t need the money.
