2022-11-14T07:43:00.553+00:00 Hi @johnnyz ,
I tested it in my test environment and when I send a meeting invitation with an image as a signature, it shows the signature without becoming an attachment.
Are you sending to internal users or users outside the organization? Do all users have this problem? How did you create the signature, by inserting the image or just copying and pasting it?johnnyz 1Reputation point
2022-11-14T09:00:08.92+00:00 thanks for replying.
- the issue occurs when send to external recipient. it is ok for internal user
- use local exchange account
- it seems only me have this issue.
- i set signature, and insert picture as template. when creating new meeting request, under signature, select template to insert.
very strange. the signature recipient can see, but add 2 abnoamal image attachments.

2022-11-15T08:52:35.477+00:00 That depends of Outlook version. In old one meetings and other object (not mail) had RTF body, not HTML and there can transfer that picture ass attachment.
however when you use Exchange account the pix are inside text as you expect to be. On others not.johnnyz 1Reputation point

2022-11-17T07:31:58.15+00:00 Hi @johnnyz ,
I tested in my environment and did not reproduce your issue (Meeting requests are sent to external recipients and images do not become attachments).
You can confirm the following information:- Does it work if you send the same meeting request using someone else's computer?
- Is there a problem with sending to a specific external recipient or is there a problem with all external recipients?
- Is there a problem with other users sending the same email?
If you are the only one having this problem, then as you said, there may be a problem with your Outlook client. OskarShon also mentioned Outlook version issues that may cause inconsistent text formatting of emails.
You could refer to the following article on inserting image formats, and you could try inserting images as URLs.

You could try to Resolve Outlook for Windows issues with automated troubleshooting tools
Also I would like to confirm if the issue is only occurring on one outlook client?johnnyz 1Reputation point
2022-11-22T08:33:29.803+00:00 i use local exchange account. Now, i can reproduce the issue in my office 2019 pro plus c2r latest version. however, my outlook 2016 pro plus c2r version works fine. and i compare 2 mail head, and cannot fiind something. very strange. i also set the same outlook setting in outlook 2016 and outlook 2019.

2022-11-25T07:30:43.693+00:00 Hi @johnnyz ,
I am confirming the following information with you because I want to know if it is an Outlook version issue (office 2019 pro plus c2r) or a single Outlook issue on a single host.- Is there any problem using outlook 2019 on other hosts
- Is there a problem with your host logging into other users' accounts
