Power outage at Belvidere North cancels Monday summer school (5)

WREX — A power outage at Belvidere North High School forced school leadership to cancel summer school classes for Monday.

Belvidere School District 100 posted on their social media accounts shortly after 2:00 on Sunday.

The district added that elementary summer school classes at Lincoln Elementary are not canceled and will take place as scheduled.

So far, there is no update beyond Monday.
